Exchange Policy:

Exchange Only: We offer an exchange-only policy. No refunds will be issued. 7-Day

Exchange Period: Exchanges are allowed up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

Receipt Required: A receipt must be presented for all in-store exchanges.

Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange.

Online Orders:

7-Day Return Window: If you ordered online, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back to us for an even exchange or store credit.

Shipping Instructions: Please ensure the item is securely packaged and include the original packing slip or receipt. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your within 5 business days.

We don't do In-store pickups.

Exceptions:

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order for assistance.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to any Emline store location within 7 days of purchase.
